Since I am (thankfully!) no longer involved in processing charts myself, I decided to have one of our staff members record screencasts of herself processing the various chart types in MD HQ.

This will give you an “over the shoulder” view of how we process patient charts at CCFM. You’ll notice that some of the treatments and labs that are included in the charts Laura processes aren’t part of the ADAPT course. Don’t worry about that. The intention with these videos is to show you all of the steps you need to take to successfully process a chart; the specific labs and treatments ordered are not important.
