- Complete all of the ADAPT Functional Nutrition Mastery course materials.
- Complete the Course Exit Survey.
- Complete all of the weekly quizzes within the course.
- Complete and pass the Final Exam.
- Complete all payment obligations for the course.
Once you have satisfied all of the above requirements, you may submit your application for a Badge of Completion using the button below.
This Badge of Completion does not certify you in Functional Nutrition; it is a badge recognizing your successful completion of the ADAPT Functional Nutrition Mastery course.
