You are nearing the end of the program and will soon be able to apply for the ADAPT Functional Medicine Practitioner Certification Exam.
To qualify to apply for A-CFMP, you must:
- Complete all of the ADAPT Practitioner Training Program course materials
- Complete all of the weekly quizzes with an 80% or higher passing grade (check your gradebook to confirm)
- Complete the Course Exit Survey.
- Complete all payment obligations for the course
Once you have met the above requirements, you can visit Lesson 52 for more information and to apply for certification.
