The Health Guide Manager should be experienced in behavior modification using a coaching model as well as leading a team. Must be proficient in Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology and goal setting. Previous management/leadership experience, including providing feedback, staff skill development and coaching. Must have excellent communication and organization skills as well as a passion for helping people and the company grow. The position is virtual so the ideal candidate must be able to work independently while still collaborating with team members across all channels. Up to two evening shifts per week are required.
