Responsible for working on-site within the HealthFitness service delivery protocols and processes to facilitate behavior change for client employees, providing health coaching according to HealthFitness established processes, procedures and ethics, conducting individual or small group sessions with health coaching participants in person and virtually and will work with participants to develop a personalized program that fits the participant’s needs, values, stage of change and goals, and promoting wellness programming to on-site employees.
