Provide various clients with telephonic, face-to-face, and/or virtual health coaching support. Assess coaching participants’ readiness to change. Utilize various techniques, such as motivational interviewing, to assist participants in their lifestyle journey. Assist clients with the development of SMART goals. Document interventions and outcomes in the wellness platform. Complete daily call logs, compliance documentation, and additional reporting as assigned by the Corporate Wellness Manager. Maintain proficiency in the technology platform and predictive modeling tool.
