Assist clients in their journey throughout our program via motivational coaching calls, app messaging, data analysis and plan adjustments where needed. Following an online coach training program, you will take on your own cohort of active participants. As the product and company needs evolve over time, responsibilities may shift to other areas related to the provision of coaching services, including training other coaches and adopting some administrative duties.
