Responsible for motivating, coaching, and providing client-directed interventions aimed at helping participants find success and satisfaction within their significant life areas, including housing, careers, relationships, and health. Help participants find their motivation, recognize their skills, focus on their goals, and move past challenges that stand in the way. Participate as part of the Housing First Team as well as the adult Community Support Services Team. Assist the Housing First Team in upholding the five supportive housing principles and ensuring the targeted population is screened in for support and services.
