The Senior Health Coach will lead teams to assess, plan, design, execute and evaluate onsite employer wellness program as assigned. This individual will develop presentations, integrated challenges and handouts on various health topics, have expertise in presenting programs and mentoring others to develop presentation skills, evaluate and update competencies to best practice, provide expertise in onsite or telephonic health coaching and clinical expertise in the area of wellness. This individual will interact with ancillary departments to develop services that meet the needs of Froedtert Health customers. Other duties as assigned.
