Analyzes data, both group and individual, and implements plans of action to promote, maintain or improve health risks for working population. Coaches and motivates employees. Evaluates intervention for health outcomes and needed improvements. Tracks health events, education activities and participation. Assist with administrative duties and billing processes. Researches current health prevention and wellness topics. Acts as resource to other staff and client companies on a variety of health related topics.
