Provide virtual 1:1 coaching services to Amazon employees with ADA-qualifying cognitive and mental health disabilities. Supports employees with disabilities across all business settings that affect executive functioning such as focus, memory, communication, and decision making. Works with employees to identify barriers related to their disability and creates individualized coaching plans to mitigate those barriers that impact job performance. As a disability coaching subject matter expert, provide consultation and collaboration with internal team members to devise innovative accommodation solutions, and establish ramp-back accommodation support for employees ending leave.
