Chris Kresser:  Certainly people with dysbiosis tend to be low on Lactobacillus because Lactobacillus along with Bifido bacteria comprise 30 trillion of the 100 trillion bacteria in our gut, so it’s a very important keystone species and the treatment is—Lactobacillus-based probiotics can be helpful in that situation depending on the person but also prebiotics that support the growth of Lactobacillus that’s already there is important, and we’re going to be talking about that in the probiotic and prebiotic section.
