Does apple cider vinegar actually help to train to parietal cells in the stomach?

Chris Kresser:  I’m not aware of any relationship like that. I think what happens, there’s just kind of an upward spiral that happens when you start supporting the body and digesting food properly and absorbing nutrients. Those nutrients that are absorbed probably do support the parietal cells and, and you get this kind of beneficial upward spiral that leads to the patient not needing apple cider vinegar or HCl as time progresses, and that’s definitely what we observe in practice.
