Next question is from Jessica, “For the 30-day reset. What’s the reasoning behind avoiding tamari? Is there concern for wheat contamination? Same question around avoiding potatoes, sweet potatoes, and yams during this time but not plantains like saba.”

Chris: Sweet potatoes should definitely be on it. White potatoes are not shared and can cause problems for some people. They’re not technically Paleo, so when you’re doing a reset, the idea is to try to remove most foods that can cause problems for people. For tamari, I don’t actually recall excluding that if it’s really. Actually, soy is one thing that can cause problems for people. I think the amount of soy in tamari is probably pretty minimal, but that’s the idea. Sweet potatoes definitely can be included in the reset.
