Chris Kresser: All right. Next question from Chi: “In an answer to a question on myasthenia gravis in [the] ADAPT knowledge base, you mentioned you’ve had great results using bicarbonate of soda with autoimmune patients at CCFM. How is it used and what dose [is used]?”

One teaspoon a day mixed with water. It’s pretty simple. Some people notice a significant difference, and other people don’t. But as I said above, it’s kind of a no-brainer, given the safety profile, accessibility, and cost.
