In your experience, what’s the efficacy of the ​H. pylori botanical protocol for eradicating ​H. pylori?

It’s quite good, actually. I would say it’s more efficacious even than the botanical protocol for SIBO. Having said that, we’ve definitely had patients who failed that and that we needed to use a pharmaceutical protocol for, and we typically, it depends on the patient, but our infectious disease doctor will often use the LOAD protocol. It’s a combination of four drugs rather than three because the efficacy rates are higher and there’s less concern about resistance in that case.
