Kelsey Kinney: Okay. So I think what I will do is send you some, maybe I’ll post it in the Facebook group or we can link to it. I don’t actually have it off the top of my head here, but I’ll find something for you that goes over just, like, the stomach bypass dietary recommendations to follow. I think that would probably be useful. And then for gallbladder removal, generally I like to, of course, just start with low-fat diet and then slowly over time increase the fat content of the diet. Because usually for a lot of people, as long as it’s a slow progression back up to a bit higher-fat diet, they can get there without problem. It’s usually just an issue of that progression piece. If you just jump, of course, to a pretty high-fat diet from being on a low-fat diet right after gallbladder removal, many people are not going to deal with that very well.
So that’s what I recommend in that regard. And then, like I said, I’ll try to link you guys to some notes just about the stomach bypass and those dietary recommendations to follow after that.
