Chris Kresser: We’ve provided them with a lot of training, but we had to do it ourselves because there isn’t any course that I’m aware of like that. However, you’ll be getting quite a bit of training that’s directly applicable your staff, including detailed written procedures for how to onboard new patients, how do follow-ups after patient appointments, and how to do billing, so I would say this course is probably a very good idea. Also, we’re going to be, today, doing a webinar in our mindful communication course for health care practitioners that would also be directly applicable to admin staff. We’ve trained our staff on empathy and mindful communication, and that’s been tremendously helpful. Then, in the future, we’re going to be launching something more specifically designed to help functional medicine practices get up and running, sort of like soup-to-nuts kind of practice launching type of tool.
