Feeling unwell, skin issues, rashes, digestive problems, worsening of existing symptoms or [the] appearance of new symptoms, and if it gets severe enough to where it seems like it’s going to interfere with the protocol, then either bentonite clay or activated charcoal, citrus pectin, and all those can be helpful.
