Chris Kresser: I think we kind of addressed that. I’m not aware of specific contraindications in the literature, but I am careful with people who have severe anxiety, mental or behavioral health conditions, or depression, because even though it can be used as a treatment in those situations, I’ve also found that those are the patients who are most likely to react, so I would typically start with a very low dose and observe carefully in those situations.
