To qualify to receive a Letter of Completion, you must:

1. Complete all of the ADAPT Functional Blood Testing course materials.
2. Complete the Course Exit Survey.
3. Complete all of the weekly quizzes within the course.
4. Complete all payment obligations for the course.

This Letter of Completion does not certify you in Functional Blood Testing; it is a letter recognizing your successful completion of the ADAPT Functional Blood Testing course.
