Chris Kresser: I’m not sure. We may or may not have already covered this, but I did an interview with Dr. Vojdani Badani from who’s the scientific director of Cyrex, and we talked about this issue. IgA and IgM antibodies form at different times, but in terms more specifically related to your question, which was “Is there any clinical clinically relevant difference?” I would say probably not. Whether we see IgA or IgM that’s still indicating reactivity and indicating that we want to remove that food or substance from the patient’s diet for a period of time and then possibly consider reintroduction or provocation after that period.
