Chris: Absolutely. Very effective treatment in the research literature. I have this somewhere. I’m not going to remember where, but even on Amazon, they’ve got a number of bright light devices, light machines. Let’s see if I can find the one I was recommending. That’s strange. They used to have those on here. I’m not sure where they went, but I think you’re looking for a light machine with 15,000 lux. You basically sit in front of it in the morning for— here they are— for maybe 15 to 30 minutes depending on what’s possible. There are a bunch on Amazon that I’ve seen now that are 10,000 lux. Circadian Optics is one, and generally they stand, but you can tilt the stand a little bit, and then you can put it on the kitchen counter, on the table or something so that it’s shining out. The Circadian Optics Lumos 2.0 is a good one. It’s ultra bright at 10,000 lux. It’s LED light, so that’s the bright blue light, and let’s see. Maybe we can get a link here. I don’t have any personal experience with this one. I’ve recommended it to patients who may like it. It gets a lot of good reviews on Amazon. There are a bunch of others on there, so just check it out, and then use it for 15 to 30 minutes in the morning. Even if you’re just doing something else, you have it shining towards your face. That’s a good way to do it.
