Chris Kresser: All of the ones that we covered in the blood chemistry unit. We talked about a lot of that assessing the status of a lot of nutrients. I do not use SpectraCell. I don’t believe it’s a reliable or valid test for many nutrients. Testing nutrient levels within the white blood cell has not been validated in peer-reviewed studies and doesn’t make plausible physiological sense in many cases.
I’m just going to quickly search to see if I have any written material on this. I seem to remember having written something or even talked about it at some point. Let me see here…I don’t think so. Maybe Chris Masterjohn does because I remember I’ve definitely talked with him about it in the past, so you might want to look there.
