Dr. Amy Nett:  I think it’s reasonable to try introducing whey protein. So if there are no antibodies out of range for whey protein, absolutely worth a try, and remember, these tests give us a starting place. They’re not the gold standard. So just have your patient introduce whey protein when all other things are fairly stable. There’s not a lot of other variation. So a pretty good baseline, try whey, don’t change anything else for about two weeks and see how the patient does. I think that’s perfectly fine.
