If there are many positive IgG results on Array 4 and 10, can you assume intestinal permeability?

Dr. Amy Nett: Yes, I think that would be a pretty fair assumption because these are larger proteins, and for the immune system to really be mounting such a strong response, you probably need to have some of those larger proteins getting into the blood, so that those immunoglobulins are seeing them. I generally do think that when you see a large number of those antibodies out of range not only do you need to think about why is this immune system so reactive but also why do we still have that increased intestinal permeability.
