Chris Kresser: We don’t upcharge on labs, technically. We don’t mark up the cost of the lab because that’s illegal to do in California. What we do is we charge an interpretation fee for any lab test kit. That would be things like you mentioned, Doctor’s Data, BioHealth, SIBO, organic acids. We don’t charge that for blood work, but we charge it for these kits because there’s significant work on the staff’s part that goes into handling these kits and getting them dropshipped to the patient and providing the instructions and answering questions and all that. I think it’s a $50 fee per kit that we charge. That also covers the time that we spend interpreting it. When we get results back, they come into the portal. The staff uploads them into the portal. Actually now we have a direct connection, I believe, with Doctor’s Data, with MD HQ, so the results just come directly into the portal instead of having to be uploaded. I know MD HQ is working on that with a number of other labs, which is really exciting to me and my staff. When that comes in, I review it in my queue, and I write a little note, telling them … I don’t go into great detail, but I’ll give some commentary on the test results and their significance and then deliver that to them through their portal. The interpretation fee covers all of that.
