What do you make of a saliva test with a very low cortisol all the way through the day, and then a ratio of cortisol to DHEA-S of one, DHEA-S being twice the high end of the range?

Dr. Amy Nett: Okay, so if I’m understanding this Justine, and you might need to clarify if I’m not interpreting it correctly, but when you say that the, oh, I see it’s a saliva test, so it’s all free cortisol. Okay. So free cortisol all the way throughout the day and then a cortisol ratio of DHEA-S to one, but DHEA-S is twice the high end of the range. I’m not sure I’m totally understanding that because if it’s a ratio, but the ratio is one but the cortisol is very low and the DHEA-S is twice the high end of the range.

I’m not sure I’m understanding that. So maybe if you want to submit numbers because I think I’m missing the question there. I’m not sure how you would get a ratio of one out of a very low cortisol and a very high DHEA. So we might need to come back to that one.
