You are now half way through the program and are eligible to apply for the ADAPT Functional Medicine Practitioner Certification Exam.
To qualify to apply for A-CFMP, you must:
- Complete all of the ADAPT Practitioner Training Program course materials.
- Complete all of the weekly quizzes with an 80% or higher passing grade (check your gradebook to confirm).
- Complete the Course Exit Survey.
- Complete all payment obligations for the course.
