Chris: I’m not aware of studies supporting that, but I think that is a reasonable assumption. Anything that causes immune dysfunction, ringworm is not— if someone’s getting ringworm regularly, they might have a breakdown in their skin barrier. They might be eating something that’s causing an immune inflammatory reaction that’s weakening their immune defense, so yes, I think you can make that argument.
