Amy Nett: Varicose veins are a tough one. I have actually a pretty limited experience with those. I think I’ve used a formula from KW Botanicals to support venous systems, I think. KW Botanicals has a whole bunch of herbal formulas that you can use a pretty wide variety of conditions, and they had one, I can’t remember the name of it, but you can certainly reach out to the company and contact them. There we go. Lyndsey is pulling it up. It’s KW Botanicals, and if you go to KW Formulas, you should get a list. I have contacted their company, and they’re incredibly helpful in terms of which formulas to use, how to dose them, etc. That could be something worth trying. Otherwise, just compression stockings, making sure that they’re moving appropriately, not standing too much, not standing all day but getting some exercise movement throughout the day. I think, from my understanding, varicose veins can have a pretty strong genetic component, and I wish I had a magic bullet for that one, but I don’t other than the normal lower inflammation, support, mobility, and then you might you try the KW Botanicals formula. I think Herb Pharm might have a similar venous support formula or something like that. But KW Botanicals, it’s just a really good company, great products and really helpful if you don’t have—I don’t have as much experience in herbals. I’ve been learning herbal botanical medicine on the job so to speak, so they’ve been a great resource.
