Yes, so, the B complex that I use most often is probably going to be from Integrative Therapeutics. I like they’re active B complex I also like Thorne’s ​B-Complex #6​ and ​B-Complex #12​, slightly different indications.

I don’t necessarily do all the, as you’re saying, “food-based” supplements. I’m pretty happy with ​Thorne​, ​Designs for Health​, ​Vital Nutrients​, ​Integrative Therapeutics​, [and] ​Nature’s Way​.

Those are kind of my go-to for supplements, but it depends which supplements specifically we’re talking about. So, your question about B vitamins, then yes, I’m going to go for something with methylcobalamin and methyltetrahydrofolate. I’m not looking for the quote food-based.
