Another question from Kyle. “General recommendations for physical labs or markers that would be advisable for general health for men and women to monitor. Should they be customized?”

Chris: The case review blood panel is—which we are going to learn all about in the blood chemistry section of this course—is what I would recommend for an annual checkup. That’s what we do with our patients. Whether or not other tests are necessary like a stool test, or HPA axis testing like with the DUTCH panel, I think would depend on the person.
