Chris: We’ve done a few blog posts about this. I’m going to send you a couple of those. Let’s see here. First one is “How to Read and Understand Scientific Research.” That one’s maybe a little more basic but a good starting point. I’m putting these in the chat box here. The other one is, “The Fundamental Problem with Most Nutritional Research.” Another one is “Research Studies: Why the Media so Often Gets Them Wrong,” and all of these, especially these last two, and this one “How to Critically Read a Research Study” will help you know what to look for. Then, there is one in preparation for the debate I had on the Joe Rogan show. Some of you might have seen that. I wrote two pretty long articles on “The Problem with Nutrition Research,” and just in reading those articles, you’ll learn about some of the questions that you should be asking when you read a nutrition study. Let me see here. I’ll put this in the main chat box. Alright, so that’s a lot of material to keep you busy for a little while.
