Is there a methylation 101 resource for those of us new to the game?

Dr. Amy Nett: Well, Chris and I have a podcast. That’s about an hour long, and actually I think we did call it “Methylation 101.” You can read the transcript of that, but I think if you Google “Chris Kresser, methylation 101,” you can hear the podcast that we did, I don’t know, maybe a year ago. I’m not sure. That is sort of some basic methylation information.

You can also go to Seeking Health, and Ben Lynch does have some educational material. He talks about methylation. I would start with those two places and see if that answers … Oh, and actually here is the Revolution Health Radio Methylation 101, http://chriskresser.com/methylation-101/, so there you go. This, you can either listen to it. Again, it’s one of our longer ones. We kind of kept going, but you can also just read through the transcript, and that ought to give you an overview. Then after that I would check out Seeking Health and look at their methylation resources.
