Dr. Amy Nett: What I do when people are reaching the full dose of supplements and they’re taking a really, really long time to get to that, what I generally recommend is that … I generally have people start with probiotics, then maybe add in Lauricidin, then add in InterFase Plus, and GI-Synergy last. If A-FNG is in there, I maybe do that one just before the GI-Synergy, so I’m kind of adding the most potent antimicrobials last. Then once they’re up to the full dose of all of the supplements, that’s when I generally have them start counting the treatment duration. Whether it’s 30 days, 45, or 60 days, I say once you’re at the full dose, that’s when the clock starts. That’s how I do it personally, but these things aren’t too precise. If they’re going to run out of supplements two days before hitting the recommended duration, then that’s OK, too. I would say you want them to be on all of the supplements at one time, and if you’re just telling them, oh, just whenever you’re done with that bottle, they could run through the Lauricidin and have only overlapped it with GI-Synergy or InterFase Plus for a short time, so I kind of want all of those supplements on board. Hopefully that makes sense.
