In the second quarter of the ADAPT training, you gave us patient assessment forms and questionnaires for case review. Will there be an interpretation module for these based on patient answers by the end of the course?

In the dyslipidemia unit in the resources section, you gave us the link to the high cholesterol action plan. Do we need to purchase it, or do we have access for free as part of the ADAPT training?

Do you have any strategies for implementing all the material being presented? Having difficulty making everything we’re learning actionable. Will this take care of itself as we progressed further into the material?
