High Blood Pressure

My stepdad has very high blood pressure and I’m trying to encourage him to increase his intake of potassium in food on a daily basis. Can you recommend the best method for doing that? Which tracker applications would be most suited to potassium checking?

Chris mentions in the exposome unit on HPA axis dysfunction that if a patient is having low blood pressure to consider limiting high-potassium foods. To what extent do you think this is necessary? For example, would a medium banana and half an avocado in one day be too much?
