Chris Kresser: Next from my Chi, “My Parkinson’s client has Keto-Mojo …” That’s a ketone measuring device, for those of you that aren’t familiar with it, and is asking whether calculating his glucose/ketone index would be a more accurate means of measuring his level of ketosis than measuring ketones alone.

Yes, it can be. It’s often not necessary for people who are just generally following keto for weight loss and even blood sugar issues, but for something like Parkinson’s and/or epilepsy where you’re really pushing on keto as a therapeutic lever, then that can be helpful.
