For the treatment protocol using Helicobacter pylori, sulforaphane, DGL, mastic gum, S. boulardii, cranberry juice, if these are all added to the core botanical protocol, this makes it at least 10 different pills, scoops, powders, foods that need to be taken. What’s your experience with individuals willing to do this, and what’s the expense for a 30-day treatment?

Dr. Amy Nett: My experience with patients doing this protocol is actually pretty good. I’m often really impressed by our patients and what they do and how good at following these protocols they are. I think that a lot of this is just because patients really want to get better, and we do have success with it, but absolutely, a lot of my patients are really successful with this protocol. I never do the H. pylori treatment for only 30 days. I always do it for 60 days. A 60-day treatment course is about $645 dollars. It is expensive. That calculation is using GastroMend-HP, you wrote down DGL and mastic gum, so that that uses GastroMend and HP, and the $645 dollars includes the organic cranberry juice. I would say when it comes to the cranberry juice, they are the compliance is a little bit more like 50:50, but that’s fine. A 60-day treatment is $645 dollars. Thirty days wouldn’t be exactly half because Lauricidin comes in a two-container packet. You’re going to get two containers of Lauricidin either way. It would be probably a little bit more than half of that estimate.
