Thanks for answering this question last week about collaborating, but I missed how much you usually charge for your initial consult. How long do you spend with a client, and how often do you typically check in with a patient? Also, are you tied into the MD HQ at CCFM so you can upload the note into the patient chart, or do you send reports to them?

Practice management question: I’m wondering your take on having the patient pay for the lab tests ahead of time. I know you do that at your clinic, but I’ve been having them pay the lab directly and having them bill insurance if it applies to them. There’s been discussion on the Facebook group that having the patient pay for the labs ahead of time helps with getting them done.
