A 57-year-old male symptoms consistent with SIBO and nonceliac gluten sensitivity that has recurring upper respiratory infections. Recently had pneumonia. He was on the antibiotics for 10 days, ending 10 days ago, and chest symptoms mostly gone except for residual cough.
