Chris Kresser:  Maybe during the treatment phase she could reduce that a little bit. I wouldn’t cut it out completely, you might have a revolt on your hands. But I don’t, yeah I think just occasional consumption of that level is probably, of things is probably not going to harm. And there’s even as you know, evidence that raw honey can be antimicrobial. So, and if you want her to comply, I think taking it away entirely may not be a good idea. But at the same time, she has sugar cravings and that’s probably coming from the yeast. So I would probably minimize it and she may find that as you use the A-FNG and the Lauricidin that she has fewer sugar cravings and doesn’t feel like she needs as much of that stuff.
