Alright. We’ve got Heidi. “Hey Chris, is there a reason you prefer GI Synergy over Candibactin, Biocidin, and Dysbiocide? Could you please clarify your current view of the use of the low-FODMAP diet when treating SIBO versus high FODMAP and using the pharmaceuticals.”

Yes, good question. GI Synergy I’ve just found is better tolerated by patients in most cases. The FC-Cidal and Dysbiocide have the spice oils like oregano oil, and those oils are very potent and oftentimes not well tolerated by patients. We still do use those in some cases if the patient fails the first treatment with GI Synergy and they want to keep using botanicals instead of going to pharmaceuticals, but GI Synergy, we just have a better track record with patients tolerating it. There’s no right or wrong way here. There are lots of paths to the top of the mountain, so for whatever reason you have a preference for FC-Cidal and Dysbiocide is the starting place that I think you can expect good results with that as well.
