Kelsey Marksteiner: Probably, I would. You can do it a little bit less intensely than what I was talking about before potentially. For example, you don’t have to go as low as possible with the saturated fat. They could maybe eat some saturated fat, but just for the majority of their fat intake focus on the monounsaturated fats, all the ones I was talking about before. They’re going to have a slightly higher carb intake, like we were talking about before with the Mediterranean Paleo diet. That’s perfect. Most of them are going to do perfectly fine with that, and it’s probably a lower-risk option for them to do long term, just focusing on that slightly higher carb intake, lower saturated fat intake, and then just keep an eye on those levels of risk over time because maybe at some point in the future they’re going to start seeing those risk factors go up more significantly than they are right now. I would just definitely really, really track that over time. Don’t just forget about it because they don’t have it now. But, yeah, I would probably recommend a Mediterranean Paleo diet. It just may not have to be quite as strict as someone with higher risk level or who has an actual history of heart attack or anything like that.
