Chris Kresser: Yeah, actually, you guessed well. You know me, I’m not a big fan of packaged foods. I see the role that they can play for people who are really busy and just don’t want to have to worry about cooking during the fasting phase. But, of course, the packaged products have grains, beans, tomatoes, and things that might not work for people on a Paleo or autoimmune type of protocol, and I frankly, don’t believe there’s anything magical about the ProLon products or the some reason that they would work versus better than a homemade approach. It’s really just a question of macronutrient ratios and food type. We reverse engineered the macro ratios from the studies and the calorie, target calorie intake based on the studies, and we are in the process of creating a handout for our patients at CCFM including recipes and things like that. So, I can check in and see what the status of that handout is, and I’d be happy to provide it to you once it’s ready. I think that’ll be a good resource for all of our patients.
