Dr. Amy Nett: Some people may anecdotally report that they feel better eating the pastured rather than conventional eggs, but unfortunately there’s really no testing to differentiate these, so you’re going to be a little bit limited. If someone doesn’t feel well eating conventional eggs, then, yeah, that would be fine to encourage them to remove that, but unfortunately we just can’t test whether it’s the pastured or conventional eggs that are causing their sensitivity.
