In your last Q&A, you talked about vitamin A/retinol and how you’re very cautious about high doses. I have a client with strong eye problems and keratosis pilaris. Do you have a recommendation for a good supplement? In case you recommend fish oil, which brand do you use since Green Pasture has had quite a bit of negative talk? And do you think fish oil capsules supply enough vitamin D for a patient with a blood result of 23?
